Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with any tracking information.

Do you have an urgent order (e.g. a gift)? Please contact us directly by email, and we will see what is possible.

Delivery

We ship all orders via PostNL. The final delivery time depends on factors such as busyness, holidays, and weather conditions.

Once an order has been marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for correctly entering the shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
